雷火神针改善土家医风湿病痹痛临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察雷火神针改善土家医风湿病痹痛的疗效。方法:将120例土家医风湿病患者随机分成治疗组65例和对照组55例,治疗组采用雷火神针治疗,对照组口服布洛芬缓释片治疗。观察比较两组临床疗效与症状体征改善情况。结果:总有效率治疗组为89.2%,对照组为90.9%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗组在改善疼痛指数、肿胀指数、压痛指数、握力指数、部位指数等5个方面情况,效果较对照组为优(P<0.05)。结论:土家医雷火神针治疗风湿痹痛在缓解疼痛、消除肿胀方面有较好的疗效。Objective： to observe the thunder fire makes improve medical rheumatism bi-complex tujia the curative effect of pain.Methods： 120 cases of patients were randomly divided into medical rheumatism tujia people 65 cases in treatment group and control group 55 cases,the treatment group using thunder fire treatment group makes oral ibuprofen HuanShiPian treatment.Observe compare two sets of clinical curative effect and improve symptoms and signs.Results： the total effective rate of treatment group is 89.2% group and 90.9 percent,two groups of comparisons,the difference was not statistically significant（P0.05）,but the treatment group was better pain index,swelling index,tenderness index,index,the site index grip,five aspects for optimal effect relatively controls（P0.05）.Conclusion： the tujia medical thunder fire attack pain in treating rheumatism makes relieve pain and eliminate swelling aspects has good effect.
