扶正消瘤颗粒(含药血清)对乳腺癌耐药细胞体外增殖的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨扶正消瘤颗粒(TCM of Enhance Resistance for Slaking Neoplasm,TerSN)含药血清对乳腺癌多耐药细胞体外生长、增殖的影响。方法:通过血清药理学方法,制备不同浓度含药血清,作用于乳腺癌多耐药细胞,应用倒置相差显微镜观察细胞生长状况,血球计数法测定细胞生长曲线,MTT法检测细胞抑制率。结果:3组含药血清(1倍量、2倍量血清组与等效量血清组)对乳腺癌多耐药细胞增殖均有抑制作用,细胞抑制率分别达72.31%、72.45%、50.16%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),1倍量、2倍量血清组与等效量血清组相比,差异有统计学意义,P值分别为0.017和0.016(0.01<P<0.05)。结论:TerSN可通过抑制乳腺癌多耐药细胞增殖而增强化疗药物的疗效。Objective：To study the effect of herb serum to TCM of Enhance Resistance for Slaking Neoplasm（TerSN） on grow and proliferation of drug-resistant cells in breast cancer.Methods：With the methods of serum pharmacology,drug-resistant cells of breast cancer was treated by several doses contained-herb serum.The growth and proliferation was observed by Cell growth state,Blood count method and MTT assay;Results：The three groups（Double,Triple and The equivalent of blood drug concentration） of contained-herb serum could inhibit the growth of drug-resistant cells of breast cancer and there was a marked positive correlations between drug concentrations（P0.01）.There is statistical significance Among double（P=0.017） and triple（P=0.016） to ordinary doses（0.01P0.05）,the inhibiting rate to cells get 72.31%、72.45%、50.16% respectively.Conclusion：The TersN can improve chemotherapy drug-sensitivity of drug-resistant cells,by inhibiting the growth of drug-resistant cells in breast cancer.
