运脾方对小鼠胃排空的作用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察运脾方不同剂量对小鼠胃排空的作用,探讨运脾方在治疗儿童厌食症中发挥临床药效的作用机理。方法:设立正常组、阳性对照组(消食健儿糖浆组)、运脾方大剂量组、运脾方中剂量组、运脾方小剂量组,测定胃甲基橙残留量。结果:运脾方大、中剂量组小鼠的胃甲基橙残留率明显增加。结论:运脾方能够有效地减慢小鼠的胃排空速度,为其药效发挥提供了充足的时间。Objective： To observe the spleen square different doses of MRT mice,discusses the gastric emptying role in the treatment of children shipped spleen party play anorexia function mechanism of clinical efficacy.Methods： the normal group and control group set up positive（xiaoshi athletes syrup group）,shipped spleen square high-dose group,shipped dose group of spleen square in small doses,transports spleen party methyl orange,determination of residual stomach.Results： the spleen square in mice,the stomach dose group of methyl orange significantly increased retention rate.Conclusion： the spleen square can effectively slows gastric emptying and speed,the mice for its efficacy play provides plenty of time.
