摘　　要：目的：建立复方丹参合剂中丹参酮的含量测定方法。方法：采用HPLC法色谱柱为Agilent C18（4.65 mm×250 mm,5μm）;流动相为甲醇∶水（75∶25）;流速为1.0 mL.min^-1;检测波长为270 nm;柱温：30℃。结果：丹参酮IIA在4.02-100.4 g.mL^-1与峰面积呈良好的线性关系r,=0.999996。加样回收率为99.6%,RSD%=1.24%。结论：该方法灵敏,可靠,重现性好,可用于测定复方丹参合剂中丹参酮ⅡA的含量。Objective： To establish compound danshen in the mixture DanCanTong content determination method.Methods： Use HPLC chromatographic column for agilent C18（465 mm×2.5 mm,5 muonm）;Mobile phase for methanol： water（75∶25）;Velocity of 1.0 mL/min-1;Detected wavelength for 270 nm;Column temperature： 30 ℃.Results： in DanCanTong type IIA 4.02-100.4 gomL-1 and peak area is good linear relationship,r=0.999996.Add kind recovery is 1.24% 99.6%,RSD%=.Conclusion： this method is reliable and sensitive,good reproducibility,and can be used for testing in Ⅱ mixture DanCanTong compound danshen A content.
