摘 要:目的:研究我院制作的常用中医护理操作技术视听教材在低年资护士培训中的作用。方法:选取近5年参加工作的低年资护士162名,随机分为观察组和对照组各81例,其中观察组在常规培训中结合视听教材,对照组仅以常规培训,培训结束后进行理论及实践考核。结果:两组理论成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);操作成绩以观察组水平较高,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:培训中使用该视听教材的可以明显提高低年资护士的中医护理操作能力。Objective: To study the production of hospital care and operating techniques commonly used in Chinese audio-visual materials in the low years of the role of nurse training.Methods: Over the past 5 years to participate in the work of nurses in the low 162 years,were randomly divided into 2 groups,the observation group and control group,in which regular training in the observation group with audio-visual materials,the control group only conventional training,after training,the theory and practice assessment.Results: The theoretical performance difference between the two groups was not significant(P=0.432);operating results to higher levels of the observation group,the difference was significant(P0.001).Conclusion: Training in the use of the audio-visual materials can significantly improve the low years of Chinese nurses nursing operating capacity.
