摘 要:采用Ti粉末分别与碳化物Mo2C和VC粉末混合,通过冷等静压、真空高温烧结原位生成6种不同成分的TiC颗粒增强钛基复合材料,用UMT-3型摩擦试验机研究合金元素Mo和V以及Mo2C、VC添加量对钛基复合材料干磨擦性能的影响。测定不同样品的洛氏硬度和基体的显微硬度,用金相显微镜(OM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)观察和分析样品的表面形貌和成分。结果表明:随着Mo2C和VC添加量增加,钛基复合材料的硬度略有增加,但摩擦因数增大,磨损量增加,说明耐磨性与硬度并不是简单的正比例关系。随着载荷增加,摩擦因数降低。在载荷为30 N的条件下,Mo2C添加量(质量分数)分别为3%、6%、12%的材料,其摩擦因数分别为0.443 2、0.440 2和0.468 3,磨损量分别为8.5、8.9和11.4 mg;VC的添加量(质量分数)分别为3%、6%、12%的材料,摩擦因数分别为0.467 0、0.443 6和0.462 1,磨损量分别为10.5、11.9和17.1 mg,二者的摩擦因数差别不大,但添加Mo2C的材料样品的质量磨损明显低于添加VC的样品,原因是添加Mo2C的复合材料基体硬度较高,Mo对基体的强化作用更好。The different blending powers,including Ti power,Mo2C power and VC power were pressed by CIP and sintered in vacuum sintering furnace as well as in-situ generated six kind of different TiC particles reinforced titanium matrix composites,which were measured by UTM-3 friction machine in order to study the influence of various alloy elements(Mo,V) and various addition amounts of Mo2C,VC on the dry friction properties.The hardness and matrix micro-hardness of different specimens were measured.Microstructure and phase composition were detected by optical microscope(OM) and XRD.The results indicate that with increasing addition amounts of Mo2C and VC,the hardness of titanium matrix composite increases slightly,besides the friction coefficient and the abrasion loss increase,which indicates that the relationship between hardness and abrasion resistance is not simple direct ratio.The friction coefficient decreases with increasing applied load.When the load is 30 N,and the addition amount of Mo2C is respectively 3%,6%,12%,the friction coefficient is 0.443 2,0.440 2,0.468 3,the abrasion loss is 8.5,8.9 and 11.4 mg,respectively.When the load is 30 N,and the addition amount of VC is respectively 3%,6%,12%,the friction coefficient is 0.467 0,0.443 6 and 0.462 1,the abrasion loss is 10.5,11.9 and 17.1 mg,respectively.The friction coefficients have no significant differences,yet the abrasion loss of composite with Mo2C addition is less than that with VC addition.The matrix micro-hardness of composite with Mo2C addition is higher,which means Mo has better strengthening effect on the matrix,so the abrasion resistance of the composite with Mo2C addition is better than the composite with the VC addition.
