摘 要:正确选择有杆排采系统驱动设备将有效节约动力运行成本,提高设备使用寿命,为排采设备的设计与选择提供合理依据。在确定三相异步电动机适用于煤层气井排采系统动力设备后,建立了减速箱扭矩和电动机额定功率的数学模型,揭示了电动机瞬时消耗功率的变化规律,并由此给出动力驱动设备的选择方法。结果表明,煤层气井动力驱动装置首选三相异步电动机,电动机的选型需综合考虑额定功率、实际消耗功率、电机转数和起动转矩的影响。电动机实际消耗功率与减速箱扭矩的变化具有一致性,系统平衡良好时,上下冲程中电动机所做的功近于相等,所消耗的功率也大大低于未平衡时的功率。减速箱扭矩为正值时,电机输出功率,而当扭矩变为负值时,电机反而被曲柄轴拖动,处于发电机状态。Correct selection of driving motor for sucker rod pumps will reduce the electric cost,improve equipment life and provide the reasonable basis for designing pumping units.The calculation models of gearbox torque and motor power rating were established,after three-phase asynchronous motors were selected for driving motors in CBM wells.And the selection of driving motor was obtained with the variation laws of instantaneous motor power.The results showed that selection of driving motor should involve the rated power,actual consumption power,revolution and starting torque.In a balanced system,down-stroke motor work done in nearly equal,the power consumption is also significantly lower than the power in unbalance system.The motor outputs power for the positive value of gearbox torque while the motor is operating in a "regenerative power" mode for the negative gearbox torque.
