摘　　要：《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》(2010-2020)的发布,宣告我国高等教育步入新的教育发展时期。根据高等教育发展趋势,本文分析新建高校教务处在校院二级管理中的各项管理职能。Outline of China＇s National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development（2010-2020） announces that our country＇s higher education has marched into the new education development time.According to the higher education trend of development,this article analyzes the newly established university administration office＇s function in two-level teaching management.
