摘  要:山前构造地层破碎严重,井漏问题尤为突出。系统研究其井漏特征,弄清井漏规律是山前构造裂缝地层防漏堵漏的关键。基于钻井液非牛顿流体在裂缝地层的流动原理,考虑漏失通道的空间特征、施工参数等因素建立了山前裂缝地层井漏分析模型,运用非牛顿流体力学有限元方法定量研究了钻井液在裂缝地层漏失过程中的流场特性和漏失规律,明确了山前构造井漏的性质和规律,可更有效地处理井漏问题,在堵漏工作中,堵漏剂的优选和钻井液工艺性能及流变性的控制尤为重要。在今后的工作中,应深化山前构造井漏机理的研究,建立和完善漏失的理论模式和计算方法等,完善山前构造井漏防治的新技术。In foothill belt, formation breaking is so severe that lost circulation is increasingly outstanding. To understand leakage laws is the key to prevent and plug it in foothill fractured strata. In this study, leakage features are fully analyzed; considering some factors of space characteristics of leakage channel, a leakage analysis model is established based on the theory of non-Newtonian fluid flowing in fractured strata; and flow-field features and leakage laws during drilling-fluid leakage are studied by means of non-Newtonian hydrodynamics finite-element method. After this study, leakage properties and laws in foothill belt are made clear conducive to deal with it more effectively. In particular, to optimize plugging agent and to control rheology become more important during plugging. In the next study, a research on leakage mechanism in foothill structure should be strengthened; both theoretical mode and calculation method for leakage should be established, and some new technologies on preventing leakage should be perfected.
