元初“黄金家族”共有财产权探析

摘　　要："黄金家族"共有财产权是元代官营工商业的财产权基础,而"黄金家族"共有财产权不是蒙古社会早期就存在的财产权形态,它是蒙古统治者在对内统一战争及对外征服战争中,尤其是在平定中原的过程中受中原文化及官有财产权观念影响,经历三个发展阶段逐渐而形成的。Community property right of Golden Family is the foundation of industrial and commercial industry＇s property rights run by the authorities in Yuan Dynasty.However,the form of community property right of Golden Family did not exist in the early Momgolian society.The formation of community property has undergone three stages;and it is the outcome of internal unification war and external conquering war launched by Momgolian＇s emperors.
