摘  要:全新世以来,长江三角洲地区史前时期人类活动并非呈渐进式发展模式,而是于约7,000aBP后陡然"爆发",且新石器文化内涵十分丰富,水稻耕作业发达.然而,本区7,000aBP前的全新世早期人类活动却极为罕见(其中约10,000~8,000aBP为空白).作者通过对长江三角洲地区史前遗址时空演变特征、古水稻耕作土发育的母质层以及全新世早期古地理演变过程等方面的分析研究认为:本区全新世早期(约10,000~7,000aBP)不见或罕见人类活动的根本原因在于缺乏淡水,同时区域内缺少可供水稻栽培的淤土层也是重要原因之一;即当时长江三角洲地区陆地表面几乎完全处于咸水环境的影响和控制之下,限制了早期人类在此繁衍生息.The pre-history human activities were not a gradual mode of growth during Holocene period in the Yangtze River Delta, but suddenly broke after 7,000aBP, and the Neolithic culture contained abundant culture connotations and developed paddy cultivation at that time. However, the human activity was rarely seen in the early period of Holocene (before 7,000aBP) in this region, it showed blank space during 10,000~8,000aBP especially. Through analytical study of some aspects such as the characteristics of temporal-spatial evolution of prehistorical sites, parent soil material of paleo-paddy soil and palaeogeographical evolution etc. in the early period of Holocene in the Yangtze River Delta, the authors think that: the essential reason for the absence of human activities was lack of fresh water during 10,000~7,000aBP in this region, and the absence of mucky soil for rice cropping was also one of the important reasons; in other words, the situation limited the multiply and live of human as the environment of land surface was almost under the control of salt water environment at that time in the Yangtze River Delta.
