摘　　要：目的:探讨右胸腋下小切口微创直视手术治疗儿童房、室间隔缺损的优点。方法:应用右胸腋下小切口微创直视方法对本院21例儿童房、室间隔缺损的患者进行治疗,总结各阶段手术时间、术后并发症及预后。结果:21例儿童均手术顺利,体外循环时间平均为41.9min,主动脉阻断时间为28.6min,无手术意外和死亡,术后无二次开胸止血。1例出现局限性包裹气胸,重置引流管后肺膨胀良好,无其他并发症。创口均甲级愈合。结论:右胸腋下小切口微创直视手术方法治疗儿童房、室间隔缺损操作简便,并发症少,值得临床推广。Objective：To explore the advantage of minimally invasive surgery through the right chest small incision armpit to treat room armpit ventricular septal defect.Methods：Applied the right chest small incision minimally invasive surgical methods armpit 21 cases of children room armpit ventricular septal defect of patients undergoing treatment,summarized various stages at the time of the operation,the postoperative complications and prognosis.Results：21 cases of children of surgery went very smoothly,extracorporeal circulation average time was 41.9 min,and aortic blocking time was 28.6 min,no operative accident and death,no secondary open-chest surgery bleeding.1 case appeared limitations parcel pneumothorax,reset after drainage tube lung expansion was good,no other complications.Cuts were A healing.Conclusion：The right chest small incision minimally invasive surgery armpit straight method to treat children room armpit ventricular septal defect is simple operation,has less complications,and is worth clinical promotion.
