摘　　要：目的:掌握甲型H1N1流感暴发流行情况,采取有效措施,控制甲型H1N1流感在学校内传播及蔓延。方法:对本校2009年9～12月门诊记录的体温37.5℃以上、以呼吸道症状为主的发热大学生的所有资料进行回顾性调查分析。结果:4个月内本校大学生流感样发热915例,发病率为7.08%;11月为发热高峰期;男生发热人数多与女生,差异有统计学意义;体温多为38.1～39.0℃。结论:要控制甲型H1N1流感在学校流行,必须及时采取隔离传染源、切断传播途径、保护易感人群各项有效可行措施。Objective：To influenza A H1N1 influenza outbreak control situations and take effective measures to control influenza A H1N1 influenza transmission and spread in schools.Methods：On our school in September 2009 to December out-patient records of body temperature 37.5℃ and above,with respiratory symptoms in all the information students fever were retrospectively analyzed.Results：College students within four months we had 915 cases of influenza-like fever,the incidence rate of 7.08%;in November for the fever peak;more than the number of boys and girls fever,there were significant differences;temperature between more than in the 38.1-39.0℃.Conclusion：To control influenza A H1N1 pandemic of influenza in schools,must be promptly taken to isolate the source of infection,cut off the transmission,to protect the effective and feasible measures for vulnerable populations.
