摘　　要：介绍了Ｃ＋ ＋ Ｂｕｉｌｄｅｒ ３ 中ＡｃｔｉｖｅＸ页里Ｃｈａｒｔｆｘ 组件的属性及其使用方法，举例说明它在ＳＣＡＤＡ系统中的实际应用。This paper first introduces the properties and usage of the component Chartfx, which is on the page ActiveX of the software developing tool C++Builder 3. Then it discusses the application of the component in the SCADA system being used on the HengGuang electrified railway.
