摘  要:将公平引入高校教师管理过程十分必要,主要原因是高校教师是有别于其他劳动阶层的特殊群体,其次则是构筑社会主义和谐社会的客观需要,再次是在目前的高校教师资源管理中非公平运行机制缺失现象严重。Among the many problems in the management of university teachers, the most prominent is a lack of equity between administrators and classroom teachers. It is of vital importance to introduce equity into university human resources management policies and practice. There are three reasons for this. First, university classroom teachers, as a whole, are a special population that differs from those in administrative positions. Second, the introduction of equity into human resources management is in line with building a harmonious society. And third, the current management system is notoriously known to encourage inequality.
