摘　　要：目的探讨在高洁净度和密闭性条件下不同温度对棉布无菌包有效存放期的影响。方法将60个棉布无菌包随机等量分别置入18-20℃（A组）和24-26℃（B组）生化培养箱内,定期对棉布无菌包采样做细菌培养。结果两组无菌包存至33 d细菌培养检测均为阴性;B组第36天无菌包检测到细菌生长,A组第39天检测到细菌生长。结论在高环境洁净度和密闭性的条件下,保存更有利于延长无菌包的有效期。Objective To explore the impact of different temperature on storage period of sterilized cotton packages placed in highly clean and tightly sealed condition.Methods Sixty sterilized packages were equally placed in incubators under temperature regimes of 18 to 20℃（group A） and 24 to 26℃（group B）.Results Both groups demonstrated negative results for germiculture on 33rd day;positive results for germiculture were found on 36th day in group B and on 39th day in group A.Conclusion The storage period of sterilized cotton packages can be extended by improving environmental cleanness and airtight conditions.
