摘　　要：目的:了解女性CSWs的社会网络现状及社会关系对其产生的影响,从社会网络角度提出防治HIV/AIDS的干预措施。方法:对湖北省随州市、襄樊市共111名女性CSWs进行问卷调查,以质性研究方法对湖北省大冶市、鄂州市共19名女性CSWs进行深入访谈。结果:参与访谈的女性CSWs年龄在17岁-35岁之间,她们认为受到了社会歧视,正式的社会支持主要来源于卫生部门。女性CSWs中的多数人向家庭隐瞒了职业,主要从"同行"、"管理者"之间获得感情和信息方面的支持。结论:女性CSWs的社会网络关系主要由"同事"、"朋友"等组成,可获得的支持主要来自于非正式的社会网络关系。为此,应加强正式的社会网络支持,根据其社会网络特点开展HIV/AID干预。Objective： To know the situation of social network support and the affect of socail relationship towards female commercial sex workers（CSWs）,and propose effective interventions on HIV/AIDS prevention.Method： Using qualitative research method,and 19 CSWs were chosen in the city of Daye and Ezhou in Hubei province were surveyed by using in-depth interview;111 CSWs were choosen in the city of Suizhou and Xiangfan were surveyed by using face to face questionnaires.Results： The age of the study subjects who accept the interview were between 17 and 35.They thought they were subjected to discrimination,and the formal social support only came from health department.Most of them hide their real job to families,and they got the emotional and information support mostly from ＂peers＂ or ＂procuress＂.Conclusion： The social network of CSWs were composited primarily by ＂peers＂ or ＂friends＂,and the support they could get mostly came from the unofficial social network.The official social support should be strengthened,and should be launched interventions on HIV/AIDS according to the characteristics of their socail network.
