新医改形势下构建我国老年人长期照护体系的思路探讨

摘　　要：随着我国老龄化形势的加剧,老年长期护理需求呈加速增长趋势,而由家庭提供长期护理越来越难以维持。在新医改形势下,政府应测算老年长期护理需求数量和费用,建立融资体制,发展社区照护机构和长期护理保险。With the rapid increasing of aging population in China,the demand for long-term care（LTC） of elderly people is increased quickly,and the care system depending on family can not maintain.The government should calculate the demand quantity and total expenditures,construct a financial system,develop the community health sectors and the LTC insurance under the circumstances of new medical reform.
