摘 要:目的:探讨变频制与APN连续排班层级管理模式在老年护理工作中的应用效果。方法:对比分析老年护理工作中,实施传统的责任制护理模式(对照组)、变频制管理模式(实验组1)和APN连续排班层级管理模式(实验组2)的管理效率与效果。结果:实施变频制与APN连续排班层级管理模式后老年病区管理、老年护理质量、护理病历书写、服务满意度等均明显提高(<0.01);护理纠纷发生、缺陷和错误率均明显下降(<0.05);实施变频制管理模式的上述效果优于APN连续排班层级管理模式,但护理纠纷发生、缺陷和错误率差别不大。结论:变频制与APN连续排班层级管理模式,均能较大提高老年疾病的护理质量。Objective: To study and discuss the application effect of Frequency Conversion and APN consecutive shifts level management model in geriatric nursing.Methods: compared with the traditional responsibility nursing model(control group),Frequency Conversion management nursing model(experimental group one)and APN Consecutive Shifts Layer Management nursing Model(experimental group two) were implemented respectively in geriatric nursing.Results: Geriatric ward management,quality of geriatric care,nursing records writing,service satisfaction were remarkably improved by applying Frequency Conversion management nursing model and APN Consecutive Shifts Layer Management nursing Model which compared with control group(P0.01).The percentage of health care disputes,defects and fouls decreased significantly in the experimental group compared with control group(P 0.05).The management effect of Frequency Conversion model mentioned as above was better than APN Consecutive Shifts Layer Management nursing Model,but the health care disputes,defects and fouls were no significant differences.Conclusions: Frequency Conversion and APN Consecutive Shifts Layer Management nursing Model in geriatric nursing can greatlyimprove the quality of care.
