摘　　要：目的：探讨婴幼儿抚养人喂养行为及对喂养知识的需求情况,为开展针对性的干预措施提供科学依据。方法：整群随机抽取武汉市江汉区2个社区,将常住的0~18月龄婴幼儿作为调查对象,对抚养人进行询问调查。结果：共调查婴幼儿477例;抚养人的24项喂养行为中,有18项正确率低于60%,正确率最低的仅12.73%;有76.94%的抚养人近半年未参加过育儿讲座;遇到喂养问题时,抚养人主要寻求医生（65.41%）和亲戚朋友（53.67%）的帮助;63.10%的抚养人需要儿童合理营养知识。抚养人较喜欢的三种健康教育形式为：书报杂志（43.40%）,面对面咨询指导（42.56%）及网站（31.24%）。结论：婴幼儿抚养人喂养行为有待改善,喂养知识需求高;应开展针对性的健康教育,帮助科学合理地养育婴幼儿。Objective： To investigate the current situation and knowledge demanding of infant feeding and nourishments,to provide basis for the corresponding guidance.Methods： Infants at the age of 0~18 months who were ordinarily resident in two communities in Jianghan District of Wuhan were taken into investigation.The infants＇ supporters were inquired about the feeding information.Results： There were 477 infants included;among the 24 feeding actions of infant supporters,there were 18 which of the correct rate were below 60%.The lowest rate was 12.73%.The proportion of parents who have never attended the infant-feeding lectures was 76.94%;when coming up with feeding problem,most supporters consulted doctors（65.41%） or queried relatives and friends（53.67%） for help.63.10% of the supporters demanded the knowledge of nutritional needs for infants.The top three modes of publicity which are most popular among parents are books and magazines（43.40%）,face-to-face consultant（42.56%） and the websites（31.24%）,respectively.Conclusions： Feeding action of infants＇ supporters needs to be improved,and the knowledge demanding of infant feeding was high.Health education of infants feeding should be carried out to help them feed infants scientifically and reasonably.
