摘　　要：本文分析了农村三级卫生服务网络之间的协调性与连续性的意义及其存在的卫生服务提供缺乏系统性、机构间缺乏有效的衔接与合作的机制、缺乏保障卫生服务连续性的政策支持等问题,从重构和完善卫生服务提供系统、强化机构间衔接与合作机制、发挥新型农村合作医疗制度对促进连续性卫生服务的导向作用及完善和保障卫生服务连续性政策的可持续发展等方面提出建议。This article analyzes the three tier of public health network in rural areas of coordination and continuity of significance and its problems,from the review and improve health services system,strengthened inter-agency cooperation mechanism,connecting with the new cooperative medical service to promote the continuity of the system of medical scheme and guidance to improve health services and ensure continuity of policies for sustainable development of our suggestions.
