新医改背景下构建公立医院绩效评价指标体系的思考

摘　　要：公立医院绩效评价是对公立医院管理过程的控制,使其在运营过程中能够充分发挥社会公益性质。绩效评价对改变我国公立医疗机构传统管理方式,促进医疗机构适应社会需要,实现公立医院科学发展,满足人民群众日益增长的卫生服务需求具有重要意义。本文以新医改为背景,对构建公立医院绩效评价指标体系进行了探索,期望能够为当前医院管理者及医院绩效评价工作者提供借鉴和参考。The public hospital achievements appraisal is to the public hospital management process control,enables it to display its social public welfare fully in the operation process the nature,the achievements appraises to changes Our country Public Medical establishment tradition the management way,the promotion medical establishment meets the social need,the realization public hospital science development,meets the hygienic service need which people grow day by day to have the vital significance.This article changes the background by the health care system reform,to constructed the public hospital achievements appraisal index system to carry on the exploration,expected could for appraises the worker to the current hospital superintendent and the hospital achievements to provide the model and the reference.
