摘　　要：按病种付费在一定程度上解决了看病难、看病贵问题,缓解了医疗费用过快增长的压力,有助于医院收费趋于合理化。推行按病种付费,要从加强医院和保险机构的质量监管,以及强化政府责任,完善医院补偿机制等方面着手。DRGs-based payment system is one kind of hospital administration mode,which alleviate the burden of the society,solve the problems exist in medical realm and make the health service more reasonable,such as high cost and difficulty to see a doctor.We should put foward some suggestions such as the supervision of medical quality from hospitals and health insurance organization,reinforce responsibility of government,perfect the compensation system in public hospitals.
