摘　　要：基本建设性债务是乡镇卫生院债务中的重要组成部分,它给乡镇卫生院的发展带来了不良的影响。本文通过对样本地区的研究,分析了乡镇卫生院基本建设性债务与财政投入体制的关系,指出财政投入不足、投入方式不科学、缺乏有效的监管等是造成乡镇卫生院基本建设负债的原因,并提出了相应的对策建议。Infrastructure debts are an important parts of the debts of township health centers.It brings bad influence.to the development of township health centers.Through an study on the research areas,this article analyzes the relationship between infrastructure debts of township health centers and the financial input system,notes that the lack of financial input,effective supervision and the unscientific input method cause the infrastructure debts of the township health centers,and puts forward corresponding advices and countermeasures.
