摘　　要：目的:对湖北省红安县参合农民参合意愿、满意度等进行现况调查,为巩固发展新农合提供政策建议。方法:结合访谈,采用整群抽样的方法调查147例参合农民。结果:96.6%的参合农民对新农合制度满意,农民个体受益率达90.4%,40.1%的农民认为参合后减轻了家庭的医疗经济负担,个人筹资水平提高后仍有96.6%的农民愿意继续参合,57.8%的参合者了解新农合政策。结论:管理部门应致力转变宣传理念,提升参合者的政策了解程度;应加快医疗机构的改革,提高服务能力,促进农民主动就医。Objective： Survey the inclination and the degree of famer＇s satisfaction under the New Rural Cooperative Medical system in Hong＇an,provide suggestions for the NCMS.Methods： Combined with depth interview and cluster sampling,we surveyed 147 famers who have joined the NCMS system,and analyse the statics with SPSS12.0.Results： 96.6% of the farmers feel satisfied about the NCMS system,90.4% of the individuals had benefited from it.40.1% of them confirm that the NCMS system have reduced the burden of the family.96.6% of the farmers agree to continue joining the NCMS system if the individual financing level was raised.And 57.8% of the farmers know about the NCMS policies while only 61.4% of them go to hospitals forwardly.Conclusions： The NCMS administration should devote to switch the principles of propaganda and help the farmers to know more of the policies.Meanwhile,the government should accelerate the innovation of hospitals,improve their services and guide farmers to hospitals forwardly.
