摘　　要：以大庆油田总医院集团医院企业信息门户(EIP)为案例,调查并研究基于EIP的医院集团文化建设状况,探索EIP在传播医疗机构文化上的作用及其对医院集团文化传播的影响,分析发展的局限和制约因素,提出医院集团应用网络加强文化建设的建议。The author surveyed and summarized the experiences of culture construction and management based on EIP（Enterprise Information Portal） of Daqing Oilfield General Hospital Group.The impact and its role of cultural transmission in the conditions of EIP on the Group were analyzed and explored,So as to provide a reference for strengthening the cultural construction and management in the Hospital Group.Restrictions put hospitals group application EIP strengthening culture construction of the feasibility suggestions.
