摘　　要：目的:探索和构建适合武汉城市圈医院发展的监管机制。方法:采用SPSS12.0进行数据录入和统计学分析。结果:有76.6%认为目前政府对医院监管力度不足,其主要原因是相关法规不健全,监管不具连续性,权责划分不明晰,监管人员素质不高等。结论:武汉城市圈医院监管制度、机制尚存在不足,仍有许多方面需要改进。Objective：To provide reference for establishing metropolitan regulatory mechanism in Wuhan.Methods： SPSS12.0 was used for data entry and statistical analysis.Results： 76.6% of medical personnels believed that current government regulation for hospital was inadequate.The inadequate supervision mainly due to are not sound relevant regulations,supervision without continuity,unclear powers and responsibilities in different departments,lack of high quality supervisory staffs and so on.Conclusions： Regulation system and mechanism of Wuhan Metropolitan Area is inadequate,needs to be improved.
