摘　　要：目的通过对取环后患者宫腔镜检查发现该患者宫内置环2枚,探讨宫腔镜在宫腔异物诊断的应用价值。方法取环后应用宫腔镜检查宫腔内情况。结果发现1例患者宫内置环2枚。结论宫腔镜因其直观、准确且微创已成为宫腔内疾病诊断的金标准。Objective This study aims to explore the application value of hysteroscopy in the diagnosis of intrauterus mass by observation of two Intrauterine Device（IUD） in the uterus of IUD-removal patients.Methods Hysteroscopy was used to probe the uterus of IUD-removal patients.Results Two IUDs were found in the uterus of one patients by virtue of hysteroscopy.Conclusion Hysteroscopy become gradually a golden-standard tool in the diagnosis of intrauterine diseases for its visual,accurate and minimalinvasive features.
