摘  要:新钢7号高炉2004年大修改造采用全冷却壁薄炉衬结构,投产后风口破损较多。2005-2009年年平均烧损风口达150个。分析7号高炉风口烧损主要原因为:原燃料质量波动大,冷却系统设计不合理,入炉碱金属、锌负荷高,上下部调剂不适应,炉况顺行差,炉缸堆积等。通过改善原料入炉条件、调整风口布局、优化布料、做好炉型维护等措施,风口烧损大大减少,取得了较好效益。Entire cooling thin lining structure is used for the overhaul of No.7 blast furnace in 2004,and lot of tuyere breakage is found after it put into use.The average annual burning loss is 150 from 2005 to 2009.The main reason for it are quality fluctuation of fuel and raw material,unreasonable design of cooling system,high load of charged alkali metal,zinc,inadaptation of top and bottom adjustment,stiff furnace operation,hearth heap-up and etc.The counter measurements to reduce the burning loss of tuyere are carried out,such as: improving the charged raw material,adjusting the layout of tuyere,optimizing the material distribution and furnace profile.And great economic benefit is achieved at the same time.
