摘　　要：本文在比较分析世界主要金融中心形成模式,总结它们的形成规律和共同特征的基础上,提出了国际金融中心形成的"大国模式"。认为上海在国际金融中心建设过程中应多借鉴"大国模式",而其他金融中心形成模式对上海的借鉴意义不大;同时上海在建设国际金融中心时应而选择自然形成模式为主,政府主导模式为辅的"大国模式",并针对上海的优势与不足提出了相关的政策建议。Based on the comparative analysis of the formation mode of the main international financial centers in the world,the paper summarizes the formation rules and their shared characteristics and puts forward the ＂mode of great powers＂of the international financial centers.It is concluded that the ＂great power mode＂ is of greater referential value for the development of Shanghai＇s financial center;at the same time,shanghai should comply with a natural formation mode aided by government-oriented mode.It also puts forward relevant policy suggestions on the advantages as well as disadvantages of Shanghai＇s development.
