摘　　要：本文针对目前我国城市道路"停车难"现状,对城市道路停车管理问题进行了分析,基于3G移动通信网络和移动电子商务技术,对宁波市城市道路停车管理和未来城市停车管理的发展方向等问题进行了研究,提出了一种以停车诱导信息管理为核心、基于3G移动电子商务平台的城市停车管理策略和方案,并结合宁波市实际情况提出相应的停车管理改进措施,改变了传统的以人工管理为主、以停车设施和停车者为管理对象的停车管理方式。To solve the problem of parking in our cities,this paper analyzes the present situation of parking management in Ningbo,discusses the parking management mode and the developmental trend of such management in the future and proposes parking management strategy based on 3G mobile communication network and mobile E-Commerce platform.It also proposes ways to improve the management in Ningbo in which traditional mode that focuses on manual management and takes parking facilities and parkers as management subjects will be changed.
