包钢高炉长寿风口的研制

摘　　要：文章论述了包钢高炉长寿风口的的设计、研制及工业试验。该风口在高炉上使用后,对炉缸初始煤气流合理分布起到了较好的作用,共使用了250个长寿风口,最高使用寿命达618天。In this paper,it is elaborated the design,development and industrial tests of the long campaign life tuyere on blast furnaces of Baotou Steel.The reasonable distribution of initial gas flow has become better since the tuyeres were applied on blast furnaces.250 tuyeres were used in total and the maximum campaign have been 618 days.
