气道内球囊置入术治疗呼吸道难治性大咯血的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究气道内球囊置入术在大咯血中的治疗作用,为今后的临床工作积累经验。方法:随机性抽取接受治疗的11例患者资料进行分析,对11例采取气道内球囊导管置入术治疗后开展疗效观察,对具体疗效进行综合评估。结果:所有病例在使用5～20 min之后均成功置入球囊导管,患者咯血随即停止。11例在治疗当天则变化成痰中带血,并且症状明显缓解,有的患者效果甚佳后完全康复。结论:对大咯血患者采取气道内球囊置入术治疗方法简单、低廉、安全、有效且并发症少,需积极推广使用。Objective To study the airway balloon implantation in the treatment of massive hemoptysis in order to gain experience for future clinical work.Methods Randomness extraction treated were analyzed in 11 patients,11 patients taken to the airways after treatment,balloon catheterization to carry out observation,the integrated effect of specific assessment.Results All patients in the use of 5～20 min after the balloon catheter was successfully placed,the patient hemoptysis ceased.The day of the 11 patients in the treatment of changes into a bloody sputum,and symptoms were relieved,and some very good results in patients after full recovery.Conclusion Massive airway balloon implantation in patients with the treatment to take simple,inexpensive,safe,effective and fewer complications,need to actively promote the use of.
