摘　　要：以广州市环卫行业为例，依据广州市环卫系统的现状和近、中、远3个时期的规划目标，建立整数规划模型，优化确定各项工程建设的时序，使有限的财力和物力发挥最大的综合效益。Taken Guangzhou city's environmental sanitation developing proects for examples,based on present situation and planning goals of Guangzhou city's environmental sanitation system, builtup model of integer planning and made out oPtimum order of proects construction to obtain maximumcomprehensive benefit from limited financial material resources. The scientific basis for managementbranch to make poicy decision was provided.
