摘　　要：[目的]观察口服中药与针灸配合治疗脑中风的临床疗效。[方法]将80例急性脑中风随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加服中药汤剂及配合针灸治疗。[结果]治疗组总有效率95.0%,对照组总有效率70.0%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]采用中药配合针灸治疗脑梗死临床疗效显著,值得临床推广。[Objective]To observe the clinical effect of the oral medicine and acupuncture treatment to stroke.[Methods]80 patients with acute stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,The control group received routine western medicine.the treatment group was added Chinese herb decoction treatment and acupuncture treatment.After the treatment,we observed the clinical efficacy of two groups.[Results]The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.0%.And totaI effective rate of the control group was 70.0%,compared with the control group,clinical effect of treatment group was obvious,there was statistically significance（P0.05）.[Conclusion] The use of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture treatment to cerebral infarction was significantly and is worthy of promotion.
