摘　　要：[目的]探讨抑甲亢方对甲亢模型大鼠的治疗作用及其作用机理。[方法]用甲状腺片诱导大鼠甲亢,观察大鼠血清中三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)水平的变化。[结果]抑甲亢方组三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)水平较模型组明显降低。[结论]抑甲亢方对甲亢有明显的治疗作用。[Objective] To explore the effects and Pharmacological active mechanism of Antithyroid Prescription on Experimental Hyperthyroidism rats.[Methods] The rats were given Thyroid Tablets to induce Hyperthyroidism.Observe the contents changes of T3 and T4.[Results] The contents of T3 and T4 lowered.[Conclusions] Using Antithyroid Prescription to treat Hyperthyroidism can have obvious curative effects.
