中西医“内外同治法”治疗支气管哮喘发作期(冷哮证)的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：[目的]观察中药温肺平喘颗粒合用固本温肺贴膏与茶碱缓释片、丙酸倍氯米松(必可酮气雾剂)治疗支气管哮喘发作期(冷哮证)疗效。[方法]随机将60例支气管哮喘发作期(冷哮证)患者分为两组,中医中药组(治疗组)30例,西药组(对照组)30例进行临床观察,试验均为30天(治疗10天,随访20天)。[结果]观察组与对照组总有效率分别为90%,60%。[结论]中医"内外同治法"在支气管哮喘发作期(冷哮证)治疗中优于对照组,疗效确切。[Objective]To observe the TCM：wenfeipingchuan particle and gubenwenfei medicated plaster and Western medicine：Theophylline sustained-release tablets and beclometasone dipropionate in treating bronchial asthma with cold syndrome the clinical curative effect of wheezing.[Methods]Random 60 patients with bronchial asthma attacks patients divided into two groups,TCM group,30 cases medicine clinical observation,30 cases were test for 30 days（treatment for 10 days,follow-up 20 days）.[Results]The observation group and control group total effectiveness is 90%,60%,respectively.[Conclusion]TCM in treating bronchial asthma attacks than western medicine,midterm selected definite effect.
