中西医结合治疗充血性心衰56例临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察中西医结合治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的疗效。[方法]将112例慢性充血性心力衰竭住院病人,随机分为治疗组和对照组各56例,对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在西药基础上合用益气温阳利水中药汤剂治疗。治疗3周后观察患者的症状、体征、心脏彩色多谱勒测定、心功能,射血分数(EF),左室短轴缩短分数(FS)指标变化情况。[结果]治疗组总有效率为92.86%,对照组为73.21%,且在心功能、心率等方面改善也明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中西医结合治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭疗效较好。[Objective]observation of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of congestive heart failure.[Method]112 cases with congestive heart failure patients hospitalized in standard and randomly divided into the treatment group and control group which were treated by western medicine,28 cases in treatment group with conventional treatment based on western medicine and also the treatment benefiting vital energy,warming Yang and inducing diuresis.Three weeks after the treatment of patients symptoms,signs,the color spectrum determination of heart,cardiac function,ejection fraction（EF） etc.[Results]The total effective rate in treatment group and control group for 92.86% to 73.21%,and quality of life and cardiac function,improve significantly better than control group（P0.05）.[Conclusion]To combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of congestive heart failure curative effect is better.
