摘　　要：[目的]研究活血膏的质量标准。[方法]采用TLC法对制剂中续断进行了定性鉴别实验,应用TLC法对制剂中主药生草乌的有效成分乌头碱进行了限量试验。[结果]薄层色谱中样品色谱斑点显色清晰,分离度好。乌头碱限量检查同样杂质干扰小、分离度好。[结论]本法灵敏、准确,专属性强,重现性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。[Objective]Research the Huoxue Paste quality standards.[Method]TLC method of preparation for the qualitative identification of Dipsacus experiment,application of TLC method of main ingredients of formulations the active ingredient in Radix Health conducted a limited test of aconitine.[Results]TLC spots in the sample color clear chromatographic separation is good.Aconitine impurity limit test of the same small,separation is good.[Conclusion]The method is sensitive,accurate,specific,reproducible,and can be used for thequality control methods.
