摘 要:封桩是锚杆静压桩施工中重要的环节之一,封桩质量的好坏直接关系到锚杆静压桩的施工效果。针对传统锚杆静压桩的不足之处并结合工程实践,对封桩技术提出了改进措施:增加四根封桩锚杆,将传统技术中锚杆四根一侧成对布置改为八根两侧成对布置;压桩到最后一节时,在桩顶加一节短槽钢或工字钢,在桩压到指定位置后,通过新增的型钢梁与锚杆使压桩力继续作用在桩顶,然后再撤去千斤顶进行封桩。工程案例表明,改进的方法既提高了压桩架和千斤顶的周转速度和使用效率,又有效地降低了卸荷后桩顶的回弹效应,为类似工程提供了参考经验。Sealing pile is one of the important processes in construction of anchor jacked pile,whose quality may have a direct impact on construction effect.The conventional anchor jacked pile is improved by the following procedures: four added sealing pile bolts are fixed on one side of static pressure pile hole;a short piece of channel steel or I-steel is placed on the top of pile when the last pile segment is pressed into the designed depth.The newly-adding steel beam and the sealing pile bolts work jointly,continuously imposing load on the top of pile.Then the hoisting jack combined with pile-driving frame is removed and sealing pile is carried out.Engineering case reveals that not only are the turn-over speed and efficiency of equipments enhanced but also the rebound effect of pile head after being unloaded decreases,which is valuable and available for similar projects.
