摘　　要：分别合成了两种侧链不同的聚肽热致液晶,PDLG和AzoPDLG.两者的主链均为刚直棒状的介晶基元,但PDLG的侧链为柔软的长烷基链,AzoPDLG的侧链则含有刚性的偶氮苯介晶基元和长链的间隔基.利用1H NMR、示差扫描量热分析和偏光显微镜对这些化合物的性质进行了分析与表征,并探讨了不同化学结构的侧链对热致液晶相变行为的影响.结果表明,含有柔性侧链的PDLG在热分解之前只形成胆甾相,而侧链含介晶基元的AzoPDLG则在低温时形成近晶相,在高温时进入各向同性相.Two thermotropic liquid crystalline polypeptides with different side chains,PDLG and AzoPDLG,were synthesized.Both of them have rigid-rod main chain,but PDLG has long alkyl side chains and AzoPDLG has side chains containing mesogenic azobenzene moieties and long spacers.The properties of these compounds were investigated by ^1H NMR,DSC and POM.The thermotropic phase transition behaviors caused by the side chains with different chemical structures were also discussed.The results showed that PDLG could only form cholesteric phase before heat decomposition and that AzoPDLG formed smectic phase in the lower temperature region while occurred clearing point in the higher temperature region.
