球体表面单壁碳纳米管/聚电解质层层自组装研究(英文)

摘  要:通过经典的层层自组装方法将单壁碳纳米管组装在聚苯乙烯球体表面.实验过程中先通过原位聚合的方法分别制备带正电和负电的单壁碳纳米管/聚电解质的复合材料.在制备过程中选择温和的接枝方式从而最大程度地保留单壁碳纳米管的大π共轭体系和长度.测试结果表明在每一层的循环中有相同量的单壁碳纳米管吸附.对平面和球体上碳纳米管薄膜的生长机理进行了讨论.Single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWCNTs) based shells have been assembled on polystyrene colloids using the well-known layer-by-layer assembly technique.Anionic and cationic polyelectrolytes grafted SWCNTs prepared by in situ radical polymerization were used in the cyclic dispersion procedures.Mild grafting conditions were chosen so that most of the continuous π-electronic structure and the length of SWCNTs could be sustained.It was proved that almost same amount of SWCNTs were loaded in each assembling step.The two different mechanisms for CNTs-based thin films on flat and colloid substrates were discussed.
