非体力劳动男性静态平衡功能的研究

摘　　要：检测从事非体力劳动男性的静态平衡功能,探讨该人群各年龄段的平衡差异。采用自行研制的便携式人体平衡测试系统对15～65岁的男性人群(N=50)进行平衡功能检测。将该人群划分为5个年龄段,分别分析4种检测姿势(双脚睁眼和闭眼站立、睁眼单脚站立)总轨迹长度(Lng)、左右平均动摇速度(Vx)、前后平均动摇速度(Vy)3个观察指标随年龄的变化趋势。各年龄段中,25～35岁稳定性最好。闭眼较睁眼时晃动大。单脚站立时,15～25岁右脚参数值大,25～65岁左脚参数值较大。结果显示,从事非体力劳动的男性中25～35岁平衡功能较好。睁眼较闭眼平衡功能好。左右脚的平衡功能与年龄的相关性较大,15～25岁左脚平衡较好,25～65岁右脚平衡较好。To study the banlace function and explore the differences of Non-manual male in each age groups.The measurments of balance were taken in 50 male subjects（age 15—65 years） by the Portable Body Balance Testing System.The subjects are divided into five age groups,The age-changed in three observation indices of four kinds of detecting position（double feet standing with opening eyes,double feet standing with closing eyes,single foot standing with opening eyes and single foot standing with closing eyes） are analyzed respectively.these indices were Total trajectory length（Lng）,The Average speed of the center of foot pressure displacements at medial-lateral（Vx） and anterior-posterior（Vy）.The stability is the best in the age group of 25—35 years.The sway is larger of eyes closing than eyes opening.As single foot standing,The values of right foot standing are larger in age group 15—25 years,The values of left foot standing are larger in the age group 25—65 years.The balance function of 25—35 age groups was better in Non-manual male.The stability in closing eyes was better than that in opening.The correlation between balance function of the left and right foot function with age were better.The left foot was better in the age group 15—25 years,The right foot was better in the age group 25—65 years.
