摘  要:油(气)管道容易产生疲劳或被腐蚀引起裂纹,为实时精确掌握管道壁面的缺陷数据。研究了一种基于涡流传感器的油(气)管道裂纹的检测系统。该系统由振荡器、探头、滤波放大、GPS定位、显示等模块电路组成,当探头探测到管道裂纹时,电路中出现突变信号(敏感信号),将该敏感段电路信号放大、滤波处理后输出,驱动蜂鸣器报警和显示器输出,可实现裂纹的实时检测、定位存储、报警显示等功能。系统能满足裂纹检测和预防的实际需求。Oil and gas pipeline easily fatigue cracks were caused by tired or corrosion,for real-time accurate grasp pipe wall defect data,the research on the testing System for oil(gas) pipeline crackle Based on eddy current Sensor is studied.The system contains of oscillator,probe,filter enlarge,GPS position,display modular and etc.circuit.when the probe detected pipe crackle,circuit become mutated signals(sensitive signal),and the sensitive segments circuit amplification,filtering processing after output,drive buzzer alarm and multi-display output.The main function such as real-time testing,position store,alarm display will be put into practice,thereby,it will satisfy forecast and testing practicality.
