摘 要:采用聚乙烯醇和海藻酸钠凝胶共包埋异养型亚硝酸细菌制备固定化颗粒,从物理性状和化学性能2个方面综合评价异养型亚硝酸细菌固定化颗粒的质量。物理性状主要指颗粒是否成球、胶体粘连状况、颗粒弹性、稳定性和传质性能等;化学性能指异养型亚硝酸细菌固定化颗粒对氨氮的去除能力。试验结果表明,通过优化制备颗粒的配方可改善固定化颗粒的物理性状;污水中添加碳源有利于提高固定化颗粒的除氮能力;在稳定处理期包埋2种活菌量的固定化颗粒去除氨氮效果差异不显著。此外,也发现固定化颗粒去除人工污水中氨氮的过程较为复杂,物理吸附、分子扩散和微生物硝化作用同时存在,其中微生物起主要作用。Series of immobilized microbial beads was prepared with polythene alcohol(PVA) and Na-alginate as gel matrix and co-entrapping heterotrophic ammonium oxidizing bacteria(AOB).The impact of sodium alginate concentration,activated carbon concentration,polyvinyl alcohol concentration and crosslinking time on immobilized beads quality was investigated by analyzing their physical and chemical characteristics such as conglutination,forming,flexibility,stability,mass transfer efficiency and ammonia nitrogen removal capacity.The results showed that the optimum proportion could improve physical characteristics of immobilized beads,and more carbon source was beneficial to the ammonia nitrogen removal capacity.The AOB immobilized beads presented perfect performance for ammonia nitrogen removal,and the influence of AOB concentration on ammonia nitrogen removal rate was negligible.The treatment of nitrogen containing sewage by AOB immobilized beads was a complicated process including physical adsorption,molecule diffuse and nitrification,among which,microbe played an important role.
