摘　　要：在ITER项目PF套管的开发试制过程中,使用Abaqus有限元软件对钢管变形过程进行模拟,根据模拟结果对工艺参数和模具参数进行优化,节省了开发试验成本,体现了计算机模拟技术在异型不锈钢管产品开发中的价值。To develop the Cable-in-conduit Conductor Unit for the Poloidal Field（PF） coils of the ITER sys-tem,the Abaqus FEM software is used to simulate the deforming process of the steel pipe.Based on the result,the technological parameters and the die parameters are optimized,which has led to reduction of the development costs.The test result embodies the value of the computer simulation technology as used in the development of the shaped stainless steel pipe.
