摘　　要：通过对大型综合性医院医疗器械在临床科室使用中存在的主要问题分析,介绍了医院如何建立在用医疗器械综合评估机制,以及成立多部门参与的医院"医疗器械综合管控委员会"对在用医疗器械在质量控制、降低成本和厂商评估等方面的作用。结合设备物资管理部门为保障供应,服务前移的分库房模式,使医院的在用医疗器械从采购供应、评估与使用管理达到安全有效、高效有序的要求,适应了新医改的要求,为降低单病种医疗费用提供基础保证。In this article,the main problems of medical apparatus and instrunents that exist during their usage in clinical departments of a large scale hospital are analyzed .In order to solve those probilms,it is our experience to establish a system to evaluate the inuse medical apparatus and instruments comprehensively and to set up a management committee of medical apparatus and instruments.which is helpful in quality control ,cost reduction and contractor test and evaluation,Moreover,sub-storerooms of the department of facility management are established in the clinical departments to ensure the on-the -spot service .Thus,it is possible to manaeg the inuse medical apparatus and instruments in a safe ,effective ,efficient and orderly way ,and this will help to reduce the hospitalization costs in the course of health care reform .
