摘　　要：采用粉末X射线衍射(PXRD)分析法鉴定一个石油加工过程垢样中的晶体物相。其物相鉴定结果仅为卤砂(NH_4Cl)。元素分析发现垢样含碳。本试验对石油加工过程故障技术分析与技改具有指导意义。The phase of crystalline compound in fouling of petroleum refining process was ldentified by powder X-ray diffraction analysis method .The phase identification result is only Salammoniac（NH4CI）.Carbon was found in the fouling by elemental analysis .This experiment has guidance significance to petroleum refining process failure technical analysis and technical improvements
