摘 要:目的探索兔肌腱细胞的培养方法,为临床人工肌腱等组织工程研究提供理论依据。方法用消化贴块法培养兔体肌腱细胞,用倒差显微镜及共聚焦显微镜观察细胞生长及形态特征。结果兔肌腱细胞在体外呈长梭形,胞质均匀透明,细胞核均匀,汇合后呈平行致密排列并有层叠等特征,传代后生长特征仍保持稳定。结论本实验成功培养了兔肌腱细胞,为肌腱组织工程学种子细胞的来源研究提供了一定的借鉴。Objective To study the method of primary culture of rabbit tendon cells, providing theoretical basis for clinical use of artificial tendons. Methods Rabbit tendon cells were cultured using the exphnt and digestion technique . Their growth and morphology were observed under inverted microscope and bacteriostatie microscope. Results Rabbit tendon cells in vitro were spindle line arranged, the eytoplasm and the huelel were uniform and transparent, and the cells were dense and overlapping after the convergence of parallel and layered. The growth characteristics remained stable until the sixth passage. Conclusions In this experiment, the rabbit tendon cells has been successfully cultured in vitro, providing some references for research of tendon tissue engineering.
