摘 要:铸钢节点是适用于空间结构的一种新型节点形式.铸钢节点由于其良好的适用性正逐渐应用于大跨度空间结构,但目前尚无国家规范可依.本文对自行研制的新型铸钢节点进行有限元分析,结果表明,其在构造和受力方面都满足结构的要求.在此基础上,利用经过试验验证的可靠的有限元模型进行弹性有限元分析,研究铸钢节点在不同受力状态下的应力分布,并与由材料力学方法得到的结果进行比较,给出了铸钢节点的应力集中系数,并进一步提出了该铸钢节点的简化承载力计算公式.简化计算公式与试验、有限元分析结果的比较表明,该公式具有一定的安全储备,可用于工程设计.公式的提出极大地方便了设计计算工作.The cast steel joint is a new connection form applied to spatial structures.It has gained increasingly wide use in long-span spatial structures in recent years,but there is no national design code for cast steel joints.The research on the self-developed novel cast steel joint has been conducted by using the general finite element program ANSYS,and the numerical result indicates that this novel cast steel joint has good mechanical properties.On the basis of theoretical analysis and the finite element model whose reliability has been validated by experimental investigation,elastic analysis is carried out in this paper.Distribution of stresses under several different loading conditions is compared with that gained by the mechanics method of materials.From the analysis above,stress concentration factors of this novel cast steel joint are given.A practical design method for calculating its loading capacity is proposed.By comparison with results gained from experiment and finite element analysis,it can be concluded that the simplified calculating formulas have certain safety reserve.This simplified design method which greatly simplifies the design calculations can be used for engineering designing.
